Terms of Service

hipaaHelp.us (“Service”) provides HIPAA privacy and security training to workforce members of covered entities and business associates. By accessing the Service with a work email address, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the Service

You must be authorized by your organization to complete required HIPAA training. The Service is not a substitute for legal advice or for an organization-specific compliance program.

Account access

Access is granted via single-use magic links sent to your work email. You are responsible for safeguarding the email account associated with your access and for activity under your account.

Training content

Training content references federal HIPAA regulations (45 CFR Parts 160, 162, and 164) and is intended for educational purposes only. Your organization remains solely responsible for its own HIPAA compliance program, policies, and procedures.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Completion records are provided for your organization’s internal use and do not constitute legal certification.
